At Carl Holden Homes we aim to build aspirational, modern new homes within exclusive smaller developments.

This is achieved through our extensive knowledge of the construction industry, working with reliable tradesmen whilst being led by a Project Manager with over 20 years in the industry.

Homes, by their very nature, are individual and personal, we aim to make the house buying process as smooth as possible by providing up to date information on all parts of the build and also by liaising swiftly with you on final details towards completion.

You are in safe hands, Managing Director, Carl Holden, initially began is journey and career training and working as a joiner; he has an abundance of practical know-how and is astutely aware of the way trades need to work together in order to complete timely and high standard projects.  He has worked for private companies as a Project Manager, including a house building business.  Carl’s sister company Holden Building Solutions, has successfully managed large and medium size building and renovation projects in the North West for over 5 years.

Our sales team our friendly and approachable, we are also local with extensive knowledge of Blackburn and the surrounding areas.
